After Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Removes features from their hatchback Wagon R, here are the details

In the earlier news, we've seen that Maruti Suzuki has removed the mild hybrid tech feature from Brezza, after brezza, Maruti Suzuki has ommitted some features in the Wagon R too.

The top variants of the Wagon R now misses out the rear defogger which was previously the part of standard equipment. However, there is no changes in the pricing of the Wagon R which starts at Rs 5.54 Lakhs (Ex-Showroom)

The rear defogger was available on the WagonR ZXI + with both the manual and the AMT version. A defogger is a very useful feature specially in rain and winters, which allows to remove the condensation (fog) with the help of heated thermostat from the rear windshield. For many of the buyers its ommission might create a good impact on the buying decision while for some of them it may not create any impact.

This feature is not available in the base variants obviously, its worth noticing that it is now not available in the top variants too considering the price of Wagonr top spec variant which is priced at Rs 6.75 Lacs for the Manual and Rs 7.30 Lacs for the Automatic variant. Also, The top ZXI + variant is only available with the 1.2 Litre petrol engine which makes 88.5 hp and 113 nm of peak torque.
