TATA has launched the Nexon facelift at Rs 8.10 Lakh (Ex-Showroom)

Tata Motors has launched the Nexon Facelift at Rs 8.10 Lakh (Ex-Showroom). Tata nexon is based on the Curvv Concept and this is the second facelift for the nexon, the first facelift was launched back in 2020.

Variants & Powertrains

Tata nexon facelift is available in Smart, Smart+, Smart+ S, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative+, Creative+ S, Fearless, Fearless S and Fearless+ S. The ‘+’ denotes optional packages bundled with several features, while the S denotes the addition of the sunroof. TATA has dropped the older variants name like the XE, XM, XZ and XZ+.

The tata nexon facelift is powered by the same 1.2 Litre turbo petrol engine producing 120 bhp and 170 nm torque, the diesel engine is also the same which is the 1.5 litre turbocharged unit producing 115 bhp and 260 nm of torque. both engines continue with the existing 6-speed manual and 6-speed AMT, the petrol engine also comes with the option of a 5-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Design & Dimensions

The design of the Nexon facelift draws inspiration from the Curvv and Harrier EV concepts. It gets a split-headlamp setup. It gets sequential DRLs setup. There's a new design for the 16-inch alloy wheels and a new accent line. 

Dimensions wise the Nexon hasn't changed much, Its height have been increased by 14mm and length is increased by 2mm. Boot space of the suv is now 382 Litres which is 32 litres more.
