All about the Latest MG ZS EV!

The Era of EV's is expanding its wings by the introduction of multiple cars from various brands. The "Green Vehicle Revolutions" seems to have started in a very positive way. The Morris Garage's a British Brand introduced its MG ZS EV with more features and a higher tag of price.

 

1. As of now, it offers 2 variants; Excite and Exclusive

2. The ground clearance is also increased from 161mm to 177mm.

3. Also featuring an Eco tree challenge to track the CO2 emission with car and compare with ZS EV owners via a leaderboard.

MG ZS EV comes at a price tag of 20.99 Lakhs to 24.18 Lakh (Ex-showroom).

Battery Upgrade:

The MG ZS EV gets a battery update with a 44.5kWh HT (Hi-Tech) battery pack capable of generating 143ps of power and 353Nm of torque. The car offers a range of 419Km in a single charge which is 79Km more than that of the previously offered 340Km range. The Direct Current charger charges the vehicle 0-80% in about 50 minutes. A normal 7.4kWh wall box charger charges it completely in 6 to 8 hours.

 

Cosmetics:

While it remains cosmetically unchanged, it now gets a larger tyre-aspect ratio at 215/55 R17 compared to 215/50 R17 from its predecessor. Ground clearance has also been raised to 177mm compared to 161mm in the earlier model. Another notable addition is the introduction of an EcoTree challenge in the i-Smart 2.0 connected car technology. Basically, you can track real-time progress of your CO2 savings with the car. You can also compare it to the top 10 ZS EV owners in the country via a leaderboard. 

 

Features:

The car sports an 8inch infotainment system, rain sensing front wipers, 8.9 inch MID, Dual pane sunroof, push start stop button, 6 way adjustable driver's seat and a PM 2.5 air purifier. Safety features include six airbags, ABS, EBD, brake assist, reverse parking camera, tyre pressure monitoring system and ESP.
