Audi India introduces a 10-year roadside assistance programme; see if you are eligible.

The luxury carmaker Audi has set a new benchmark in terms of after-sales experience for their customers. Audi India has introduced a complementary 10-year roadside assistance programme for its customers who got their cars delivered from October 1st onward.

 

Introducing the one-of-a-kind programme, Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said “We are thrilled to introduce the Roadside Assistance Programme for 10 years as a testament to Audi India's steadfast assurance to our valued customers. At Audi India, we firmly believe that our relationship with our customers goes beyond offering products and services; it is about creating an experience that is seamless, hassle-free, and comforting throughout the ownership period. With a complimentary RSA for a 10-year period, we are setting new industry standards, further enhancing our high-quality services and timely assistance.”

 

The initiative emphasises the brand's customer-first approach, commenting on which Mr. Dhillon said, “We continuously strive towards enhancing the customer experience. Roadside assistance is one such very important tool to reiterate our motto of Customer First”.

 

What does the programme have to offer?

 

Audi’s 10-year roadside assistance programme will cover the following customer requirements:

 

  • 24 x 7 x 365 coverage

  • Pan-India coverage

  • On-site repairs, delivery of fuel, and spare keys

  • Travel or accommodate facilities

  • Custody, transportation, storage, and safekeeping of the vehicle

  • Specifically designed towing platforms

 

Currently, Audi India has more than 40 showrooms in various cities in India.
