Detel Easy Plus Priced Rs 40,000 | Most Economical E-Scooter

Detel Easy Plus electric scooter price has finally been announced by the manufacturer. The mopad comes with a price tag of Rs 39,999, thus making it the world’s most economical electric two-wheeler. Interested buyers can book the vehicle online by paying a sum of 2 grands (Rs 2,000). While private buyers can purchase it at www.detel-india.com, trade partners and resellers can get it via www.b2badda.com and an online e-distribution platform.

 

Powertrain system of the electric mopad includes a 250W electric motor and a 48V 12AH LiFeP04 (lithium ion phosphate) battery. Its battery pack can be fully juiced up in 46 to 7 hours via a standard power socket. The company is offering one year warranty on the mopad and 2 years/ 40000km standard warranty on its battery. It comes with prepaid roadside assistance package and a free helmet.

 

 

 

 

The new Detel Easy Plus promises a range of 60km on a single charge. It has a load capacity of 170kg and a ground clearance of 170mm. It’s capable to attain a top speed of 25kmph. Buyers have five colour schemes to choose from – Metallic Black, Metallic Red, Metallic Yellow, Gunmetal and Pearl White. The new Detel Easy Plus electric mopad comes fitted with power coated, metal alloys with 16”X2.5” tubeless tyres. Braking duties are done by drum brakes. Some of its key features include circular headlamp, a single piece saddle, a narrow pillion seat, steering mounted front turn indicators, a foot board with battery fitted inside and front telescopic fork suspension unit.

At present, Detel network is spread across Northern regions including Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The company aims to setup 150 sales points towards the end of 2021. The two-wheeler maker currently has three electric two-wheelers in its product lineup including Detel Easy Loader (single and dual battery), Detel Easy and the newly-launched Detel Easy Plus.
